Aberdeen Sports Village has 2 Studios for sport, exercise and club-based activities.
Situated on the top floor, our Sky Studio is primarily used for group exercise classes, and has full temperature and lighting control, with a quality sprung timber floor. Classes in this Studio include a range of cardio-vascular classes (such as aerobics and step), conditioning classes (such as bodysculpt and body conditioning) and also specialist mind-body classes (such as pilates and yoga).
On the lower floor, the Sports Studio can be utilised by martial arts and boxing clubs, with appropriate floor matting and various wall brackets for punch bags. This studio also hosts exercise classes such as boxfit and studio cycling.
